Jana is the firm’s client experience manager, and handles scheduling oversight, accounts payable and receivable, and all the other client interactions and logistics needed to keep things functioning smoothly. Her background working in education as both a teacher and an educational team leader give her valuable skills and experience with coordinating many diverse moving pieces simultaneously.
